What we collect
- Order data: name, phone, email, delivery address and, if you provide it, your cédula or RNC for the invoice.
- Your account: email, name and password (stored encrypted), if you create an account.
- Your cart: if you enter your email at checkout and do not finish the purchase, we save your cart to remind you.
- Reviews: your name (only the initial is shown), rating and comment.
- Browsing data: pages visited, device type and language, through Google Analytics and technical cookies.
Why we use it
- To process, deliver and invoice your order, and contact you about it.
- To send a reminder if you left items in your cart (up to two emails).
- To ask for a review of what you bought, a few days after delivery.
- To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
Who we share it with
Only the services we need to operate: Alegra (invoicing and inventory), GoHighLevel (customer management and messaging), Google Analytics (usage statistics) and Hostinger (site hosting). We do not sell your data.
Cookies
We use technical cookies (session, cart and language) and Google Analytics cookies for statistics. You can block them in your browser; the cart may stop working.
Reminder and review emails
Every email includes an unsubscribe link. If you use it, we stop sending those messages.
How long we keep data
Orders, for as long as the law requires us to keep invoices. Abandoned carts, 30 days. Google Analytics statistics, 14 months.
Your rights
Under Dominican Law 172-13 on Comprehensive Protection of Personal Data, you may request access to, correction of or deletion of your data. Contact us on WhatsApp or through the contact page.

If we change this policy, we will update the date above.
