By using quisqueyahive.com and placing an order, you accept these terms. The store is operated by Apiarios J. Pérez SRL (Quisqueya Hive), Santiago de los Caballeros, Dominican Republic.
1. Products and prices
- Prices are in Dominican pesos (RD$) and include ITBIS where applicable. If the site shows dollars, that is for reference only; payment is charged in pesos.
- We try to keep prices, photos and stock up to date. If there is an obvious error or a product sells out, we will tell you and you may cancel or choose another option.
2. Orders
- When you submit an order you get an on-screen confirmation. The order is accepted once we confirm it by WhatsApp or email.
- We may cancel an order for lack of stock or incorrect details, and we refund any payment received.
3. Payment
For now we accept two payment methods: bank transfer and cash. The order is prepared once we confirm the transfer, or it is paid in cash at pickup or on delivery, as agreed with you.
4. Delivery and pickup
- You can pick up at our location in Santiago or request delivery to the address provided.
- The delivery cost depends on the delivery company and the size of the order; we tell you when we confirm the order.
- Delivery usually takes 24 to 48 hours. This is an estimate, not a guarantee.
5. Returns
All sales are final: we do not accept returns of any product. Please check your order when you receive it and, if something is wrong, message us right away on WhatsApp so we can look into it.
6. Honey and hive products
Honey is a natural food. It must not be given to children under one year old. If you have allergies, seek advice before consuming hive products.
7. Reviews
Reviews are customer opinions and we check them before publishing. We may reject offensive or false ones.
8. Intellectual property
The texts, photos and logos on the site belong to Quisqueya Hive or are used with permission. Do not copy them without authorization.
9. Privacy
We use your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic, including Law 358-05 on Consumer Rights Protection. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Santiago.
11. Changes
We may update these terms; the version in force at the time of your order applies.
